Our Team

Shane Mareroa – Managing Director

Shane has been working within the construction / industrial sector for 20+ years. He has experience managing businesses and projects that require high volumes of skilled staff across a range of industry sectors. He currently has a team of 500 + staff working across Construction, Manufacturing and Logistics sectors. An opportunity to work with close friends in the stone industry led to the start of Stone Solutions.

RJ Kairua – Project Director

RJ is an experienced project manager and is well known to those in the stone industry. He has installed stone on some of New Zealand’s most high value residential & commercial stone projects. RJ is hands on working with our clients every step of the way to ensure we deliver a quality result.
